Arrival: 15:00 – 18:00
Departure: 08:00 – 10:00
Local tax: € 2,00 per night & per person from 15 years
Final cleaning: once € 95,- (App. Bergglück & Berglust) / € 120,- (App. Bergbalance)
Deposit: A deposit of 30% must be paid in advance when making a reservation.
Payment options: Cash, ATM, credit card (Visa & Mastercard)
Important notes:
- All rooms are non-smoking
- Pets not allowed
- Minimum stay low season: 3 nights
- Minimum stay peak season: 7 nights
Cancellation conditions
Should you become ill or for other reasons not be able to start your vacation as planned, the following cancellation conditions apply (costs depend on the amount of the travel price):
| Until 3 months before | Cancellable free of charge |
| 3 months to 30 days before arrival | 40% of the total price |
| 30 days to 7 days before arrival | 70% of the total price |
| 7 days until arrival | 90% of the total price |
